UK Fleet Operations Supervisor
As a UK Fleet Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning & organising the transport function efficiently & safely. This will include responsibility for a fleet of vehicles in the UK across all Jersey Post UK sites.
Warehouse Operative – 2pm – 23.00pm shift
As part of a global freight logistics business, you will be responsible for the loading & unloading of vehicles, directing drivers to their allotted destinations. You should be able to carry out time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must remain calm under pressure, multi-task and effectively problem solve. A high level of accuracy and commitment is required to be a part of a busy warehouse team.
Warehouse Operative 6am – 15.00pm shift

Warehouse Supervisor 23.00pm – 6am shift

A high level of accuracy and commitment is required to be a part of a busy warehouse team.· Promoting a safe atmosphere in which to work and ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to, including PPE, escalating any concerns to your line manager at the earliest opportunity.

The position holder will support the effective running of the warehouse operation, managing the day to day activities of Warehouse Operatives to ensure that customer requirements are achieved in a timely manner.

General Manager
As General Manager, you will support the business in the achievement of service level agreements, including all KPI’s. You will facilitate the creation and delivery of profitable service solutions in a competitive environment. You will drive the development of a robust and engaged team, enhancing a customer-oriented and solutions-focused culture.
You will be required to support and challenge all internal departments to drive continuous improvements through the Company’s culture and values. You will ensure service levels continue to exceed targets whilst ensuring compliance with processes, policies & procedures is maintained.
